She specializes in conducting impartial investigations on issues such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, bullying, and whistle-blowing. Susan conducts investigations in both English and in Spanish.

Engaging, interactive trainings are available in English and Spanish. Susan trains supervisors and line staff to recognize and prevent harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Group meetings, one-on-one sessions, and individualized coaching are tailored to your organization’s needs. Susan also has extensive experience training workplace investigators in the public and private sectors.

 Susan established her firm as the logical next step in a legal career that included work in the non-profit, government, and private sectors. Along with doing investigations and training, Susan’s experience includes working with the U.S. Department of Justice and the County of Los Angeles to build and monitor investigations departments that serve thousands of customers and employees. She teaches Fact Investigation as an adjunct professor at Loyola Law School.

Susan is a graduate of the Stanford Law School and a member of the California State Bar Association.
